Por unanimidade, a 6ª Turma do Superior Tribunal de Justiça (STJ) aplicou entendimento já firmado pelo colegiado para declarar que não podem ser usadas como provas as mensagens obtidas por meio do print screen da tela da ferramenta WhatsApp Web.
