A 20ª câmara de Direito Privado do TJ/SP decidiu que um banco e uma empresa devem dividir entre si o prejuízo causado por um golpe de R$ 93 mil aplicado por estelionatários. Para o Tribunal, ambas as partes foram negligentes no golpe.
